Remember that your secret code and PIN are confidential, personal and non-transferable. For your security, we recommend that you:
Never provide your code or PIN to anyone
Memorize them and do not jot them down or register them in your computer files
Avoid being observed by others or by security cameras when registering your codes
Change your passwords and codes periodically (at least every month)
The Tarjeta Inteligente (Intelligent Card), along with your secret code, is the key to accessing and operating the service.
To minimize risks, we recommend that you:
Supervise and register the delivery and reception of cards to the different users with the help of the Bitácora (Activity Registration File), in order to ensure that they are only used within the corporate premises and by the users authorized by the Administrator Keep the cards in a safe place. Cancel any unused cards immediately Reconcile your accounts daily
