For security reasons, Bancomer regularly calls you to confirm that transactions executed by means of your Línea Bancomer service were in fact made by you.
 

Use the Bancomer Alerts system, which is totally free*, and allows you to monitor the activity of your accounts with text messages sent to your cellular telephone. You may subscribe to this service on Bancomer.com, Línea Bancomer, or at your nearest Branch Office.

*Applies to withdrawals greater than $1,000.00 MXN.
